How to Make Your Own Puzzle Using the Jigsaw Puzzle App Jan 19th 2013, 12:00 The Jigsaw Puzzle app (made by Critical Hit Software) makes it fun and easy to put together your own jigsaw puzzle on your iDevice. If you have the 'pro' version, you can make your own puzzle. Edit Steps Find an image that you want to use as a puzzle. Use your own photos or ones you've found. Creative Commons images are your best bet because they can be used and distributed, if you so choose. You could use someone's copyrighted image, but you would need to make sure that it never went any further than your own computer. Chosen image for puzzle Copy the image to your device. Open up the Jigsaw Puzzle app. Press Play. Look for the 'Create Your Own' icon and press it. Choose whether you want to take a picture and use it, or use an image already on your device. Select the image that you want to use. Select 'Use'. Decide on the number of pieces that you want to use. The number of pieces chosen for this image was 196. Press Start game. This will break up your image into the puzzle pieces and have it ready for you to assemble.
