A Stand as tall as you can with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your fingers on the back of your head. Pull your elbows and shoulders back, and stick your chest out.

B Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower your body as far as you can. Pause, then slowly push yourself back to the starting position. That's one rep.
