Making yourself a healthy lunch or dinner can seem a long process, and one you might not look forward to when coming back home late from work, sport or studies. Yet, it is possible to make something healthy quickly, and this pasta recipe is both easy and healthy at the same time. It's a delicious meal that will entice your friends and family to join you!

Edit Ingredients

  • One skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • Spiral noodles
  • Avocado
  • Italian salad dressing
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Oregano

  1. Thaw the chicken breast in the microwave.
  2. Begin boiling two medium sized pots of water.
  3. While the water is boiling, cut the thawed chicken into bite sized pieces.
  4. The water should be boiling by this time. Place the pieces of chicken into one of the pots and about a cup and a half of pasta noodles into the other pot.
  5. While you're waiting for the chicken and noodles to cook, slice up half an avocado into small pieces.
  6. When the noodles and chicken are ready, put them into a bowl. Add the avocado, some Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, and a little oregano to create more taste. Mix it all together.
  7. The finished recipe.
  8. Enjoy your delicious home-made pasta recipe full of healthy goodness!
