How to Make a Chocolate Mint Martini Feb 15th 2013, 02:00 Chocolate and mint always marry well as flavors. When combined in this delicious cocktail, the flavor is refreshing. For added chocolate punch and a nice effect, rim your martini glass with cocoa powder. Edit Ingredients Servings: 1 - 2 oz. (60 ml) vodka
- 1 oz. (30 ml) white crème de cacao plus a few extra drops
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) crème de menthe
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder for dusting the rim of the glass
- Sprig of mint
- Ice
- Rub the rim of a martini glass with a few drops of crème de cacao.
- Dip the rim of the martini glass in a shallow plate of cocoa powder.
- Combine the vodka, crème de cacao and crème de menthe in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake the drink until it is well chilled.
- Pour the drink through the strainer into the prepared martini glass.
- Place the mint sprig on the rim of the glass as a garnish.
